🎯 Role Overview

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to book qualified meetings with decision-makers in the healthcare space. This is a proactive outbound role. You’ll cold call, qualify leads, handle objections, and book demos that help protect real people from digital threats.You must be confident, focused, and capable of having smart conversations about risk, compliance, and cybersecurity with non-technical prospects. Prior experience in cybersecurity, IT sales, or healthcare compliance is strongly preferred.

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

  • Call and qualify healthcare decision-makers (practice owners, IT managers, compliance officers)

  • Educate prospects on HIPAA risks, malware threats, and Compava’s protection platform

  • Book high-quality discovery calls for our Account Executives

  • Log all outreach in our CRM accurately and consistently

  • Follow up with warm leads via email, call, and LinkedIn

  • Hit clear daily and weekly KPIs: dials, connects, meetings booked

✅ You’re a Fit If You...

  • Have 1+ year of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or outbound sales

  • Know how to explain complex topics in simple terms

  • Are comfortable with cold outreach and rejection

  • Have a coachable attitude, a strong work ethic, and a drive to win

  • Can work independently and hit targets without babysitting

  • Bonus: You’ve worked with tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Pipedrive
